Paying for lessons and refunds

How payment works

You pay when you book, through our secure checkout. Your teacher is only paid after the lesson happens — so your payment is protected until you've actually had your lesson.

Trials and packages

• A trial is a short, discounted first lesson with a teacher, so you can try before you commit.
• A package is several lessons bought together at a discount the teacher sets — better value if you're going to keep learning, and yours to schedule over time.

Refunds

If a lesson is cancelled within our policy, you're refunded automatically — there's nothing to chase. For anything unusual, our team can help; reach us through the contact page and we'll sort it out.
