Setting up payouts

Parlazo pays teachers through Stripe, our payments partner. Before your first payout can arrive, you'll complete a short Stripe onboarding — this is what links your Parlazo earnings to your bank account.

What you'll do

1. From your dashboard, choose to set up (or edit) your payout details.
2. You'll be taken to Stripe to enter your name, address, date of birth, and bank details.
3. Depending on your country, Stripe may ask you to verify your identity with a document.
4. When Stripe confirms you're good to receive payouts, you're done.

Why a document is sometimes needed

Stripe is regulated and has to confirm who it's sending money to — this protects you as much as us. It's a one-time step for most teachers.

Editing your details later

You can change your bank or personal details any time from the same Edit payout details button — it takes you back into Stripe securely.

If a payout is still "pending"

Newly completed lessons and just-cleared payments show as pending until the next weekly run. If an amount stays pending for more than a week or two, check that your Stripe onboarding is fully complete — an unfinished step is the usual cause.
