Trial lessons
A trial is a short, discounted first lesson. It's how a student decides you're the right teacher — and it's the top of your funnel to regular bookings.
How it works on Parlazo
- You set your own trial price — lower than your standard rate.
- Each student can take a trial with you once.
- The trial is a real, paid lesson (this keeps no-shows low and students serious). It's discounted, not free.
Making trials convert
- Ask first, teach second. Spend the opening minutes on their goal and level.
- Give one quick win — a correction, a phrase, a tip they'll use tomorrow.
- Suggest a path. End with "here's what I'd focus on next" so booking again is the obvious step.
- Offer a package if they're keen — it's better value for them and steadier work for you.
A good trial isn't a free sample of a lesson. It's the start of a plan.
