Setting up payouts
Parlazo pays teachers through Stripe, our payments partner. Before your first payout can arrive, you'll complete a short Stripe onboarding — this is what links your Parlazo earnings to your bank account.
What you'll do
- From your dashboard, choose to set up (or edit) your payout details.
- You'll be taken to Stripe to enter your name, address, date of birth, and bank details.
- Depending on your country, Stripe may ask you to verify your identity with a document.
- When Stripe confirms you're good to receive payouts, you're done.
Why a document is sometimes needed
Stripe is regulated and has to confirm who it's sending money to — this protects you as much as us. It's a one-time step for most teachers.
Editing your details later
You can change your bank or personal details any time from the same Edit payout details button — it takes you back into Stripe securely.
If a payout is still "pending"
Newly completed lessons and just-cleared payments show as pending until the next weekly run. If an amount stays pending for more than a week or two, check that your Stripe onboarding is fully complete — an unfinished step is the usual cause.
