The Parlazo classroom

Every lesson happens in Parlazo's own video classroom. There's nothing to download — you and your student join from the browser.

Joining a lesson

• Your upcoming lessons show a countdown; the Join button opens shortly before the start time.
• You'll land in a quick lobby first, where you can pick your camera and microphone and check you look and sound right before you go in.
• When you're ready, join the call. Your student does the same from their side.

During the lesson

• Toggle your camera or microphone any time from the call controls.
• If your connection drops for a moment, the classroom now tries to reconnect on its own rather than freezing — give it a few seconds before refreshing.

For the best connection

• Use a wired connection or sit close to your router if you can.
• Close heavy downloads or streaming on your network during lessons.
• A headset reduces echo and makes you much easier to understand.
