Vocabulary flashcards
Some of the best learning in a lesson is the words that come up naturally. Parlazo lets you capture them as you teach, so your student leaves with a ready-made deck to revise.
How it works
- While you teach, add a word or phrase and its meaning to the lesson's vocabulary.
- After the lesson, those cards are waiting in your student's deck.
- Your student reviews them with spaced repetition — cards come back for practice at the right intervals, so the words actually stick.
Getting the most from it
- Capture whole phrases, not just single words — "to be fed up with" teaches more than "fed up."
- Add a quick example sentence in the meaning where it helps.
- Aim for a handful of genuinely useful items per lesson, not a long list nobody revisits.
It's a small habit during the lesson that makes your teaching visibly pay off between lessons — and it's a real reason students book you again.
